M Sathish Kumar

M Sathish Kumar is the founder and Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a Graduate in commerce with a Masters Degree in Business Administration form University of Calicut and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In his vast professional lifespan of over 36 years, he has accumulated rich experience in all fields of professional services, business sectors and diverse clients.

He has been successfully serving the clients both domestic and international, on the matters of audit, accounting, finance policy, business re-organisations, tax structuring and compliance, and corporate advisory from start-up consulting to corporate mergers and acquisitions. Having developed expertise in major practice domains, he strongly believes that exceptional client service is the only solution to maintain enduring business relationships.

He has occupied various positions in the professional and management fields ranging from the Chairman of the Kozhikode Branch of the Southern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to the President of Calicut Management Association affiliated to All India Management Association

Krishna Sathish

Krishna has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2016 and a graduate in Commerce.

Post qualification, she was working with the Audit & Assurance wing of PwC Bangalore and has expertise in the field of Statutory Audits, Accounting and Corporate Governance. A young practitioner, she joined the firm in 2018 and is a self-starter who is curious about diving into the deep ends of finance, accounting and management and is currently exploring new avenues of practice. She is currently in charge of the Cochin Branch of the firm.
